NATURE of BUSINESS:
Contract Towing & Equipment Moving, 24 hour service seven days a week. Customers include: Aggreko, Bobcat Enterprises, YRC, ATS Clayton, Cincinnati Auto Auction, Hertz Equipment Rental, Storage Concepts, Kolinahr Industries, Equipment Depot and many more. Our terms are net Fifteen from date of service.

CURRENT FLEET:
Includes over Twenty Four road tractors, three heavy duty tri-axle and one quad axle rollbacks and Four heavy duty tow trucks. Most of our Thirty Five vehicles are newer Kenworth and Thirty three trailers include new Landoll and Trail King units. We constantly maintain the fleet for both safety and performance. Updates to the fleet are on going and represent our commitment to your needs. |

CURRENT INSURANCE:
Our certificate of insurance is in force thru August 8, 2010. Our coverage exceeds minimal limits. We have never been refused insurance or had our policies cancelled. Worker's Compensation is thru the state of Ohio and is in force.
OPERATING AUTHORITY:
We are properly registered with all required U.S. and Canada governmental agencies and listed as a Canada - Bonded Highway Carrier. The respective agencies and related numbers are as shown:

EMPLOYEES:
Many of our thirty-two drivers have been with the company for close to ten years or more. We stress professionalism, starting with uniforms, and provide regular OSHA training classes and safety meetings directed to improving all of the customers safety and service needs. All employees participate in drug free work environment and submit to random testing.
